How to Install

Using Mac Mail

1. Please visit this page using the Chrome web browser (these steps will not work in Safari. Fill in the details above and click the "Generate Signature" button.
2. press cmd+A (to select all) and then cmd+C to copy.
3. Open Mac Mail and in the very top navigation click Mail then select Preferences from the dropdown. Finally click the tab called "Signatures"
4. Either create a new signature (clicking the little + sign) or you can modify and existing signature by selecting it
5. Once you have selected a signature to edit place the cursor in the far white input area and press CMD+A then CMD+V which will paste your copied signature from your clipboard
6. Ensure the "Always match my default message font" checkbox is NOT ticked.
7. Close the window (click the little red cross in the top left of the window)
8. Test your new signature by creating a new email. Make sure the details are all correct and everything is as you wish.

Using Outlook

1. Turn off your machine.
2. Step away from your desk and have a quiet word with yourself.
3. Walk back to machine and turn your machine back on.
4. Uninstall Outlook immediately and use a proper mail client.
5. We shall not speak of this again.
